Got Extra Stuff? We Want It!

The Habitat Store is a unique thrift store that supports the work of Tri-County Partners Habitat for Humanity. We receive donations of new and used (in good condition) items from individuals, businesses and other community members to be sold to the general public. Proceeds help us build and repair homes for qualified families in our community, keep waste from landfills, and supports reduce-reuse-recycle. These items include:

  • Stoves, cooktops, ovens, ranges, range, microwaves and small appliances
  • Refrigerators and freezers

  • Washing machines and clothes dryers
  • Anything more than 10 years old (exceptions may be made for designer or high-end brands.)
  • Dishwashers without lead-free certification marks
  • Anything with rust, corrosion or non-manufacturer paint
  • Anything not in working order

  • Cast Iron Items
Furniture
  • Solid wood furniture: beds, tables, end tables, coffee tables, hutches, bookcases, chairs, etc.
  • Sofas (solid-color) and chairs in spotless condition

  • Small writing desks or roll-top desks
  • Patio and outdoor furniture
  • Particle board or press board furniture

  • Area rugs with rips, stains, odors or excessive wear
  • Any flooring with nails, mortar, grout, chips or any damage
  • Flooring too small for a 10×10 room
  • Ceramic or vinyl tile that isn’t new-in-box

  • New bathtubs and clawfoot tubs in excellent condition

Outdoor

  • Gates and full rolls of fencing material
  • Lawn and garden tools, lawn mowers that are 3 years or newer
  • Outdoor fireplaces and grills 3 years or newer
  • Decking, bricks, pavers, stones and cinder blocks
  • Anything with debris, rot, rust or other damage
  • Rolled chain link fencing less than 15 feet
  • Lawn mowers more than 3 years old
