The Power of One Capital Campaign is a community project to build 24 affordable homes for 24 low-income families in need here in the Tri-Cities. The neighborhood we call The White House Addition is located off the corner of Lewis and Oregon Street in East Pasco. This Capital Campaign is to enable Habitat for Humanity to complete this project. Don’t turn away from the epidemic of affordable housing in the Tri-Cities and Be the Solution! Learn how you can get involved down below.

As defined by the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy A capital campaign is an intensive fund raising effort designed to raise a specified sum of money within a defined time period to meet the varied asset-building needs of an organization. For us at Tri-County Partners this means we have stepped up our fundraising efforts to help fiance the major undertaking of The White Addition.
Volunteering for Habitat for Humanity could look different based on your skill level. A myth that we hear a lot is that you need construction experience to volunteer. This is completely false! From painting walls, to helping clean the site up, to framing the interior and exterior walls, to laying flooring there is always something to do regardless of experience. Our construction manager and supervisor are there to help and guide you through volunteering at our site. The best way to see how it works is to sign up and see first hand!
Your donations enables Habitat for Humanity to complete the White House Addition Project.

Every movement starts with One Person. Volunteers are the heart and soul of Habitat for Humanity. For every house approximately 2,000 volunteer hours are needed to finish the home. We need volunteers! If you are that One Person click the title above or any of the words in this section to take the next step and sign up to Volunteer.
Every business, nonprofit, church or major corporation had to start somewhere. That somewhere was with One Dollar. The White House Addition is a major project. With that said, we need your help.
Every home has a qualified family that is patiently waiting to move in. This means they have gone through our application process, have shown a need, have been accepted by our board, and have completed a minimum of 500 sweat equity hours. If you want to learn more about the families that have already been affected by The White House Addition click on the title above on this section to be brought to our family bio page. This page will provide a brief description about the family as long as a picture of them.
Don’t turn away and be the solution today. Join the fight in the affordable housing epidemic in the Tri-Cities by joining The Power of One Capital Campaign.
